Yoga is a fun to play,
We breathe and stretch in a special way.
Tree’s strong, Mountain’s high,
Let’s touch soul and Sky.
Cobra stretch, Butterfly we do,
It’s so cool for me and you.
We breathe deep to relax our mind,
It does magic one of a kind.
We sit quietly and calm our soul,
It’s a peace, makes us whole.
We stretch and feel so free,
It’s a wonder, everyone thinks it’s for me.
We twist and turn, bend with glee,
It’s a venture for you and me.
With happy poses, smiles so right,
It’s a joy, a shine and a delight.
