A leader whose actions were guided
by indomitable will;
Future generations will hardly believe
a man walked in such flesh and bone;
Called forth hidden spirit
of truth in Indian🇮🇳 people;
Embraced the whole world
in his thought;
his non violent resistance method
still effective for India and the World;
Walked Eighteen kilometre per day
enough to circle the globe🌎 twice;
Fought through his life what he called
“the deep disease of colour;
Spoke English with Irish accent in life
Just to honour his early Teacher;
Respect for him Comes naturally to the world
because no life was such simple yet effective
